Registration & Fees
Dates and Deadlines
Registration is NOW OPEN!
Payment Deadline: 2 Weeks After Preliminary Countries Assigned
We assign countries on a first-come, first-served basis. When a team is given preliminary assignments, they have two weeks in which to pay the delegate and delegation fees for those countries; if they do not pay within two weeks, the countries will be released and other schools may request them.
Participation Fees
NWMUN is committed to ensuring individuals and teams can participate regardless of socioeconomic status.
Please check to see if you are eligible for any of our Scholarships and Discounts.
Please note: All fees are normally non-refundable. For 2020 specifically, we have issued a new refund policy related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2021 Registration Rates
Delegation Fees: $50 per school
Delegate Fee: $30 per delegate (reduced from $60!)
Advisor / Head Delegate Fee: $15 per Advisor/HD
(The Advisor/HD Fee applies only if the person is not in committee)
Individual Registrant: $40 per delegate (reduced from $65!)
(This fee applies to delegates attending on their own, not as part of a delegation)
Commuter fees have been waived for 2021.
Late Fees (Payment At Conference on 11/20): Additional $10 per school AND an additional $10 per delegate
Registration Closing Date: Normally, we are able to accept registrations up to and including the first day of the conference.
